Peak District Big Band

The Peak District Big Band is a lively ensemble of young musicians known for its swinging take on big band classics and contemporary favourites. Their repertoire ranges from signature works by Count Basie, Duke Ellington and Quincy Jones, to memorable songs made famous by artists like Ray Charles, Michael Bublé and Ella Fitzgerald — all performed with big band flair and energy. The band regularly returns to Leek Arts Festival as one of the highlights of their performance year, bringing a vibrant jazz night to Foxlowe Arts Centre.
