Submit an Event

To be listed on LAF website

Please complete all details below to submit your event and ensure you have read the bullets below in advance, thank you.

  • LINK TO YOUR OWN WEBSITE – If you would prefer the event listing to link directly to your own website page enter the link into the Event Listing box, otherwise leave this empty
  • ONLINE TICKETS – If tickets are available online add the ticket link information in More Info and type Tickets in the box that says More Information.
  • LISTING IMAGE – For the featured image this must be landscape and cropped to 16:9 ratio.
  • Leek Arts Festival reserve the right to crop the uploaded featured image to 16:9 ratio to maintain consistency across the LAF website
  • GALLERY IMAGES – Images for the gallery can be any proportions.
  • CATEGORY – choose a category most relevant to your event and if online tickets are available also choose tickets. Do not choose Featured Event unless previously agreed with LAF.
  • EVENT DATES and Time – If the event is on one day enter the same details for start and end time
  • Events can take up to 7 days to be approved and listed
  • If you are unsure about any part of the event submission form please contact us using the contact form

Repeating

Add certain days to event occurrences. If you have a single day event, start and end dates should be the same, If you have a multiple day event, the start and end dates must match the initial date. Read More
